Black Youth Vote - Our Politics!
The power of our movement comes from the fact that we are able to build diverse coalitions to build towards making change in our communities! Our coalitions include; student governments, Greek, community, women’s, hip hop and LGBT organizations, labor unions, grassroots movements, churches, and anyone else working to build the young Black electorate!
Not only are our coalitions diverse, but so is the universe we’re trying to register to vote! We’re working with: high school, college and grad students, immigrant communities, young people in or recently out of the juvenile justice system, ex-felons, women’s & LGBT communities, young professionals, and all the other diverse identities in the young Black community!
