The National Coalition on Black Civic Participation’s Unity Diaspora Campaign brings together Blacks from the Diaspora – Caribbean, Afro Latino, African and African American - to encourage the Black community to fill out and return the Census survey. We also want to demonstrate unity among Blacks of the Diaspora and encourage the Black immigrant community to check the “Black” box, then write in their country of origin.
