Men & Boys Empowerment

Brother 2 Brother is the official men’s engagement and leadership arm of the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation, dedicated to uplifting, organizing, and mobilizing Black men and boys across the country.

Grounded in NCBCP’s legacy of civic engagement and social justice, Brother 2 Brother creates space for Black men to lead boldly in their communities, advancing civic participation, economic empowerment, mentorship, and advocacy. The program focuses on building a pipeline of informed, engaged, and empowered leaders who are committed to strengthening families, protecting rights and freedoms, and shaping a more just and equitable future.
