The National Coaliton on Black Civic Participation has partnered with Emergency Patient Care to deliver the NCBCP Health Empowerment Zone. In the Health Empowerment Zone, you will find EPC Health Education Tutorials on various conditions, information on NCBCP healthcare initiatives, a link to register for an electronic personal health record, and links to sites and other information.
